What is eligible

• Items in original condition. For intimates (bras, adhesive covers), the hygiene liner must be intact.
• Defective or damaged items are always covered, in any condition.
• Wrong size or shade? We exchange it at no cost to you.

How it works

1. Reach out through our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We answer within one business day with the return steps.
3. Once your return is on its way, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 10 business days.
